I had mixed feelings about my stay at Hotel Bennett. The location is fantastic, right in downtown Charleston, and the hotel is beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the luxury experience I expected, with some hiccups during check-in and at the Kings Club. Overall, while the ambiance is lovely, there were a few service issues that left me a bit disappointed.
